Join Nitya (Rachael) Lindsay and Cian O'Reilly, for an exquisite 2 day intensive deep dive into our Kundalini Life energy! We meet each day in «the conscious space room» in a beautiful house in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland, from 1-8pm.

KAP (kundalini activation process) is a profound inner journey into heightened perceptions, deeper states of awareness, awakening and healing, using music and intuitive energy transmission, on chakra and energy points on the body. You lie down comfortably, listen to music and let the intelligence of your life energy guide you.

Effects vary from person to person, but common responses are: spontaneous physical movement, emotional catharsis, powerful visualisations, energy flow and all sorts of sensations, moving throughout the body.

As physical, emotional and mental blockages dissolve, the neural and energetic channels open to the real benefits of KAP. The process connects you to who and what you really are, as you live more and more from the vast intelligence of your life energy and less from the limitations of your thoughts and tensions. Again and again through this work, we've been seeing people dropping their habits and fears, profoundly changing their lives and opening to their true potential, each in their own unique way. Experience a more empowered, life affirming and tuned in self.

The 2 day deep dive intensive allows us to unravel and tune in more powerfully, holding this energy over a prolonged time. The second day we will guide you to work in partners, facilitating each other. This brings a whole new depth and expansion to the practice and experience. After completing day 2 you will also be eligible to attend advanced KAP Belfast share classes, to be organised in 2019!

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Nitya has been practicing yoga & meditation on and off for 20 years and graduated as a yoga teacher in the tantric tradition in 2017. More recently she trained with Venant Wong (creator of KAP) in Thailand, a direct student of 3 kundalini masters: Adi da Samraj, Ratu Bagus and Pi Villerasa. After completing a KAP facilitator training, she facilitated together with Venant, on intensive weekends in Dublin and London. Nitya is also a Reike-Seichem healer and circus/performance artist & teacher. Consciousness, arts and healing are her passion.

Cian O Reilly has trained over the past 13 years in yoga ashrams, Zen and Taoist temples, and many other retreat centres, receiving tuition and energy transmission directly from masters, sometimes for several months at a time. More recently on his travels through Asia, he trained with Venant Wong. After completing a KAP facilitator training, he facilitated together with Venant, sharing and transmitting this incredible energy on a tour through Dublin, London and Ibiza.

PRACTICALS

☀ Arrive 15 minutes before the start time

☀ We will have one long break (45-60mins) for eating (so please bring food), and a couple of smaller comfort breaks

☀ Bring a yoga mat (or two, to help out someone who doesn't have one)

☀ Wear loose comfy clothes you can freely move in

☀ Ideally, don't eat for an hour or two beforehand, and ideally eat a raw diet for the weekend. If it's possible for you, we suggest only raw fruits, as this allows the energy to flow more freely in a lighter body

With full hearts we look forward to welcoming you into this incredible space for transformation and being!

ACCOMMODATION AND TRAVEL

For people travelling from a distance there are plenty of airbnb in and around Carrickfergus, especially in Belfast, at very reasonable prices £20-30. There are also a couple of hotels in Carrickfergus which are more expensive if you have the budget for £62-70 per night. Trains from Belfast Lanyon Station are 25mins £4.60 return, and a 15min walk to the house, or £5 taxi ride from Carrickfergus train station. Taxi's from Belfast are around £25, so if sharing it could work out reasonable.

The address is 104 Prince Andrew Way, Carrickfergus, BT38 7TU. If driving or walking to the address, the last moments to find the place can be confusing so when you are on Prince Andrew Way, turn into Glynn Park Close then take a right into private property and it is the 1st brown house on your right.
