Join us for a quiet weekend retreat this autumn: two nights in the Mournes with a programme of mindfulness with Veronica and yoga practice with Iyengar yoga teacher Claire. All vegetarian meals are provided. There will be noble silence from 9.30pm until after breakfast the following day, and we ask that you do not bring alcohol to the retreat. This is time for you to pause, be, reflect, gently move and breathe. And because it’s us, there might be some optional wild swimming!
This is suitable whether you're a beginner or more experienced at either meditation, yoga or both.
